I am a Graphic Designer with many years experience, first as a professional typographer and later as a graphic designer with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Visual Communications. I enjoy living within the Arctic Circle in Northern Norway, where I presently work for a small print shop at Nord University.

As a graphic designer, I have always liked to play with different effects, so when the iPhone started coming out with a decent camera, I became fascinated and began to photograph and edit in various apps. Although the objects themselves are both interesting and nice enough to be photographed, I work extensively with the aesthetic overall impression in the image, which can be perceived as local art. My pictures can best be described as still images with feelings and history.

The coffee cups have differing appearances, and need an environment and background that fits the style of each cup. The background is carefully planned. Some are photographed at home, while others are photographed where a good background is found.
